- Eligibility for Returns
- Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery of the final product or service. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your project must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original format provided.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Custom development work or services that have been approved and signed off by the client.
- Services that include third-party integrations or purchases (e.g., domain registrations, hosting fees) which are non-refundable by the third party.
- Work that has been substantially altered by the client after delivery.
- Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@leadingwebs.com with your order number and details about the product or service you wish to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Partial refunds may be granted for services that have been partially completed at the time of the return request.
- Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Exchanges
- We only replace services if they are defective or were not delivered as described. If you need to exchange it for the same service, please contact us at support@leadingwebs.com.
